Ingredients
  

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Mix garlic butter with shredded chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, and seasoning.
  4. Fill each shell with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce over shells, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Double the recipe and freeze half for later.
