Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add butter and garlic; cook until fragrant. Stir in BBQ sauce and honey. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Slice or shred chicken.
- Assemble tacos with chicken and desired toppings.
