Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes. Set it aside.
  2. Place chicken breast pieces in a large bowl. Sprinkle cornstarch over and toss until coated evenly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add coated chicken and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken, stir well, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  6. Transfer noodles to the skillet with chicken and sauce, toss together until well-coated.
