Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the shredded cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking the ends in to seal.
  7. Place the filled bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
