Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in butter over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can swap heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
