Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper optional
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice cooked and drained
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in butter over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Return chicken to pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • You can swap heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
