  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Light and dark both can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Adjust to taste
  • to taste none Salt Enhances flavor
  • 2 large Eggs Can replace with firm tofu for vegan version

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes until soft. Drain and cut in half.
  2. Prepare cabbage by shredding it and reserving half for later.
  3. Mince garlic and shred carrot (if using) for cooking.
  4. Scramble eggs in a pan with cooking oil for about 1 minute, then set aside.
  5. Sauté garlic and carrot in the same pan for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add shredded cabbage, cover, and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
  7. Combine soaked noodles with sauces and sugar, mixing for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Fold scrambled eggs back into the mixture and stir for another minute.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
