Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Cook the Bacon: In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bacon and sauté for 5–7 minutes until crispy. Add garlic in the last minute.
  3. Prepare Egg and Cheese Mixture: Whisk together eggs and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine Gnocchi with Bacon: Reduce heat to low and add drained gnocchi to the skillet. Toss gently to coat with bacon and garlic.
  5. Create Creamy Carbonara Sauce: Pour egg and Parmesan mixture over warm gnocchi. Stir quickly to combine until creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Transfer to plates. Garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
