In a large bowl, mix the ground breakfast sausage, cooked bacon, prepared stuffing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to blend everything evenly.
Shape into Balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a tight ball. Make sure to pack each ball firmly so it holds its shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them to allow for even cooking.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the sausage is fully cooked and the bites are golden brown.
Cool and Serve
Let the sausage bites cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce.
