  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and diced
  • 6 ounces boxed stuffing mix or 3 cups homemade stuffing
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the Stuffing
  4. If using boxed stuffing, prepare it according to the package instructions. If using homemade stuffing, ensure it is well-seasoned and moist.
  5. Combine Ingredients
  6. In a large bowl, mix the ground breakfast sausage, cooked bacon, prepared stuffing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to blend everything evenly.
  7. Shape into Balls
  8. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a tight ball. Make sure to pack each ball firmly so it holds its shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  9. Arrange on Baking Sheet
  10. Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them to allow for even cooking.
