- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Lay down 7 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with melted unsalted butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the semolina filling over the phyllo base, spreading it evenly. Top with another layer of phyllo dough brushed with butter and score the top layer lightly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle warm honey over the top. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and let cool slightly before serving.
