Step-by-Step Instructions for Gordon Ramsay Beef Stroganoff
  1. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef sirloin for 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté onions in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until softened and golden brown.
