Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat, aiming for around 450°F to 500°F, for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Slice your ripe cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds, and cut it into thick wedges or spears. Brush each piece generously with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle tajin seasoning evenly across each piece of cantaloupe.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned cantaloupe wedges on the hot grill and grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Remove the cantaloupe from the grill and let it rest for about 3 minutes before drizzling with honey.
  6. Sprinkle additional tajin or flaky sea salt over your grilled cantaloupe before serving.
