Ingredients
  

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Olive oil
  • Lime juice
  • Garlic powder
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Corn kernels
  • Black beans
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lime juice, and garlic powder for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill until cooked through and slice.
  3. Assemble salad with chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, corn, black beans, diced avocado, and grilled chicken.
  4. Top with chopped cilantro and your favorite dressing.

Notes
