Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the grill by cleaning the grates and preheating to medium heat (400°F). Oil the grill surface lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg, half of the cola, crushed saltines, dressing, onions, garlic, and Parmesan. Fold in ground beef gently.
  3. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape into ¾ inch thick patties, creating an indentation in the center.
  4. Grill patties for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F, ensuring nice caramelization.
  5. Baste patties with reserved cola and dressing mixture just before flipping, adding moisture and flavor.
  6. Remove patties from the grill, let them rest briefly, and serve on buns with desired toppings.
