Preparation

  3. Clean and devein prawns, toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
  5. Serve grilled prawns in bowls, ladle warm broth around, and drizzle with gremolata.
