- Wash the peaches and slice each in half, removing the pit. Keep the skins on.
- Coat the cut sides of the peach halves with maple syrup and let sit.
- Heat grill pan and melt butter. Grill peaches cut-side down for 4–8 minutes.
- Rotate peaches and grill for another 4 minutes.
- Remove from pan and brush with additional maple syrup. Serve warm or at room temperature.
- For serving, place peaches over ice cream or yogurt and sprinkle with pecans.
