Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your grill to medium heat, about 350°F to 375°F.
  2. While the grill heats, slice the bell peppers and red onion into strips. Toss with olive oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  3. Place the Italian sausages on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, achieving an internal temperature of 160°F.
  4. Once the sausages are halfway done, add the seasoned peppers and onions to a grill basket or wrap in foil. Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Once everything is cooked, remove from the grill, let the sausages rest, then serve in toasted rolls or on a platter.
