Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Toss shrimp and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred. Grill asparagus until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dill to create creamy garlic sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, shrimp, grilled asparagus, and a drizzle of sauce.
