Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and spray a non-stick donut pan with cooking oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add melted unsalted butter, Guinness, and chocolate milk.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill each cavity of your prepared donut pan about three-quarters full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until puffed and springy; a toothpick should come out clean.
