  3. Gradually sift in sweet rice flour and baking powder, folding gently until just combined. Do not overmix!
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour and 25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once baked, let it cool in the pan at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cutting into squares.
