In a large bowl, layer the cooked brown rice as the base.
Top the rice with the seasoned turkey, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, avocado, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
