For the Dumplings
  • 12 oz Frozen Dumplings Choose vegetable or chicken based on dietary preference.
For Garnishing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep all ingredients. Slice green onion, mince garlic, grate ginger, and chop mushrooms and bok choy.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté white parts of green onions, ginger, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in red curry paste and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add broth and coconut milk, then stir in mushrooms and bok choy. Simmer covered for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add frozen dumplings to the soup and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Serve the soup in bowls, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion tops.
