Ingredients
  

  • 1 3 to 4 pound bone-in turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat turkey breast dry and rub with olive oil.
  3. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Rub seasoning all over the turkey.
  5. Place in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Use pan drippings to make gravy.
  • Add chopped veggies around the turkey to roast all in one pan.
