Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat turkey breast dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub seasoning all over the turkey.
- Place in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use pan drippings to make gravy.
- Add chopped veggies around the turkey to roast all in one pan.
