Cooking Instructions
  1. Combine chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear marinated chicken thighs for 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet and sauté minced garlic and diced onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  4. Pour tomato sauce and add sugar, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then return chicken to skillet and coat in sauce.
  5. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, cayenne pepper, and garam masala. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir in cold butter before serving and garnish with parsley or cilantro. Serve warm with naan and rice.
