For the Creamy Mushroom Sauce
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms Sautéed
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Dairy-free option available
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Shallots Crispy fried
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Thinly slice the shallots and fry in oil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
  3. Sauté mushrooms and garlic in butter for 5-7 minutes, then add cream and simmer.
  4. Combine blanched green beans with mushroom sauce and half the fried shallots.
  5. Sprinkle remaining shallots on top and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
