- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in broccoli and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, water, and vinegar. Pour into the pan and stir.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender, about 2–3 more minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Swap ground beef with turkey or chicken if desired.
- Add bell peppers, snap peas, or carrots for variety.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
