Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side
  5. Pour in sauce and bring to a simmer
  6. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving
