Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side
- Pour in sauce and bring to a simmer
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving
