Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the thighs and toss to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs and rub in until well coated.
Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for crispy edges, if desired.
Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with a sprinkle of lemon juice or parsley.
