Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Fill a large saucepan with water and add a generous amount of salt, then bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
  2. Carefully add the sliced carrots to the boiling water and let them cook for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Once the carrots are halfway cooked, introduce the snow peas to the boiling water for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Using a colander, carefully drain the vegetables and set them aside.
  5. In the same saucepan, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter, letting it melt completely, then stir in the cornstarch until smooth.
  6. Return the drained carrots and snow peas to the pan, gently stirring to coat them in the butter-cornstarch mixture and pour in the honey.
