Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the salmon and pour the honey glaze over the fillets. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, basting with the glaze.
(Optional) If you prefer a thicker glaze, mix cornstarch with water, add it to the pan, and stir until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let the salmon rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
