- Remove the silver membrane from the ribs. Pat ribs dry, rub olive oil on the surface, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- For oven method, preheat to 300°F. Bake ribs on a lined sheet for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. For smoker, preheat to 225°F and smoke for 5-6 hours.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, jalapeños, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and optional pepper flakes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thick.
- After cooking, brush the glaze onto the ribs. Broil on high for 5 minutes or grill until sticky.
- Let ribs rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm with remaining glaze.
