Assemble the Drink:
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the cooled butterfly pea flower tea over the ice.
Add the Cream:
  1. Slowly pour the vanilla sweet cream into the glass. Watch as the cream swirls beautifully through the blue tea.
Serve and Enjoy:
  1. Give the drink a gentle stir if desired, or enjoy the layered look before mixing. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Tea Strength: For a more intense color and flavor, use an additional tea bag or steep for a longer time.
  • Sweetness Level: Adjust the sweetness by using more or less condensed milk to suit your taste.
  • Vegan Option: Substitute the condensed milk with coconut condensed milk and use a plant-based creamer instead of half & half.
  • Storage: The steeped tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Prepare the sweet cream fresh for the best flavor.
  • Add a Twist: For a refreshing citrus kick, add a splash of lemon juice, which will also transform the tea’s color to a vibrant purple.
