  • 1 cup Sugar Adjust based on preference
  • 2 tablespoons Lavender Flowers Use culinary-grade
Latte Base
  • 1-2 teaspoons Matcha Powder Opt for premium culinary grade
  • 2-3 ounces Warm Water
Creamy Texture
  • 1 cup Milk Oat, almond, or whole
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream Substitute with lighter alternative if desired
Optional Enhancements

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water over medium heat until sugar dissolves (3-5 minutes). Add lavender flowers, cool for 15 minutes, strain, and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine matcha powder with warm water and whisk until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour lavender syrup into the matcha mixture, stir gently, and adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice, add milk, leaving space for matcha.
  5. Carefully layer the matcha over the milk for a beautiful presentation.
  6. Top with whipped heavy cream or cold foam and sprinkle lavender flowers for garnish.
  7. Optionally, add food coloring to matcha before layering for extra flair.
