  • 1 cup Milk Almond or oat milk for vegan option.
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Adjust based on preferred coldness.
Strawberry Cold Foam
  • 3 pieces Strawberries Fresh for best flavor.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar or Honey Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream Use coconut cream for vegan option.
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional.

Method
 

Matcha Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, measure 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and whisk it with 2 tablespoons of hot water until smooth and vibrant in color.
  2. Continue whisking until the mixture is free of lumps to ensure a rich flavor.
Strawberry Preparation
  1. Dice 3 fresh strawberries and mix with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or honey until juicy.
Cold Foam Creation
  1. Combine the mashed strawberries with 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of milk, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Froth until thick.
Latte Assembly
  1. Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes and pour in 1 cup of milk.
  2. Gently pour the prepared matcha mixture over the milk and ice, then spoon the strawberry cold foam on top.
