Step-by-Step Instructions for Biscoff Icebox Cake
  1. Chill a mixing bowl and whisk for 10 minutes. Whip heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until stiff peaks form (3-5 minutes).
  2. Gently fold Lotus Biscoff spread into the whipped mixture until streaks are visible.
  3. Microwave remaining Biscoff spread for 10-15 seconds until runny for drizzling.
  4. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  5. Layer by spreading cream mixture in the pan, then adding a layer of biscuits, and one-third of the cream mixture. Drizzle with Biscoff spread.
  6. Repeat layering process two more times, finishing with cream mixture on top.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
