- Start by spraying the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lay the boneless skinless chicken breasts evenly at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken breasts and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly on top.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 2–3 hours or low for 4–5 hours.
- Carefully remove the lid and shred the chicken using two forks.
- Add the cubed cream cheese directly into the shredded chicken and stir until fully melted.
- Stir in half of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top and heat for an additional 5–10 minutes.
- Serve hot on hamburger or slider buns, or over rice.
