  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend together ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and nutmeg.
  5. Spread marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
