- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the chilled crescent dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press seams together.
- Spread the cooked turkey evenly across the dough, drizzle cranberry sauce over it, and sprinkle cheese.
- Starting at one end, roll the dough tightly around the filling and pinch the ends to seal.
- Brush melted butter generously over the top and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
