Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems and gills.
- In a medium bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Herb Pub Cheese, and half-and-half. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the filling, pressing down slightly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese and Parmesan cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the cheese melts and the filling is bubbly. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if desired.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
