  • 1 cup Sliced Turkey Pepperoni Regular pepperoni can be used.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook lean ground beef for 3-4 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add diced bell peppers to the beef and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain excess liquid.
  4. Pour pizza sauce into the skillet and mix until combined. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Cut each biscuit into six pieces and scatter them in the greased baking dish.
  6. Gently fold the beef and veggie mixture into the biscuit pieces, mixing carefully.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add sliced turkey pepperoni.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
