Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook lean ground beef for 3-4 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add diced bell peppers to the beef and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain excess liquid.
- Pour pizza sauce into the skillet and mix until combined. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Cut each biscuit into six pieces and scatter them in the greased baking dish.
- Gently fold the beef and veggie mixture into the biscuit pieces, mixing carefully.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add sliced turkey pepperoni.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
