  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter Melted
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Can substitute with chocolate chunks
For the Frosting
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Can substitute with plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Folded in for fluffiness
For the Crunchy Topping
  • 1 cup Vanilla Sandwich Cookies Crushed
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Syrup Can adjust for sweetness
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted salted butter, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-23 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
  4. Let the brownies cool completely after baking.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled brownies evenly.
  7. Crush the vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup. Sprinkle over the frosted brownies.
  8. Cut into squares and serve, or chill in the refrigerator.
