Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Sriracha Chicken
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish with a little oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sriracha sauce, honey, low sodium soy sauce, white vinegar, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried basil. Sear in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer seared chicken to the baking dish and pour honey sriracha sauce over it. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove 3 tablespoons of sauce, whisk in cornstarch until smooth, then pour back over chicken and bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving garnished with cilantro, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
