Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Sriracha Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish with a little oil.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sriracha sauce, honey, low sodium soy sauce, white vinegar, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried basil. Sear in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer seared chicken to the baking dish and pour honey sriracha sauce over it. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove 3 tablespoons of sauce, whisk in cornstarch until smooth, then pour back over chicken and bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving garnished with cilantro, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
