Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 –5 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and diced jalapeños.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle bacon on top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly with golden topping.

Notes

  • For more heat, leave the seeds in the jalapeños. Add green onions for freshness. This casserole reheats beautifully.
