- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and diced jalapeños.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
- Sprinkle bacon on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly with golden topping.
Notes
- For more heat, leave the seeds in the jalapeños. Add green onions for freshness. This casserole reheats beautifully.
