In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, garlic, parsley, mint, and all spices. Mix well using your hands until fully combined.
Divide the mixture into 6–8 portions. Shape each into a long oval or cigar shape around the skewers, pressing firmly to stick.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Grill the kafta skewers for about 4–5 minutes per side, turning once, until fully cooked and charred on the edges.
Serve hot with pita bread, tahini sauce, or a fresh cucumber-tomato salad.
