  • 1 medium Cucumber Grated and moisture squeezed out
  • 1 clove Garlic Fresh or roasted
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt Season to taste

  1. Prepare the Ingredients. Finely chop onion, garlic, and herbs; gather all ingredients for easy access.
  2. Mix the Burger Patties. Combine chicken, onion, garlic, feta, herbs, oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl. Mix gently.
  3. Shape the Patties. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shaping each into a ¾ inch thick patty. Refrigerate for 30 minutes if loose.
  4. Choose Your Cooking Method. Grill at medium-high for 6-7 minutes per side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Bake or Air Fry (Optional). For baking, preheat oven to 375°F and bake patties for 20-25 minutes. For air frying, cook at 375°F for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Assemble the Burgers. Spread tzatziki on each bun, place a patty on top, and add fresh vegetables.
