Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend eggs, cream cheese, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add coconut flour and baking powder and blend until incorporated.
  3. Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
  5. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then refrigerate until chilled for easier slicing.
  6. Slice the loaf into 24-36 sticks.
  7. In a skillet, heat butter over medium-low heat and fry each side of the sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve with sugar-free maple syrup for dipping.
