Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Chicken Gnocchi
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest.
