Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add sour cream, oil, lemon zest, juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Slowly mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour into pan and bake 45-50 minutes. Let cool.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and pour over cooled loaf.
