Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add cold heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
  3. Inspect and arrange cannoli shells on a large platter.
  4. Fill the bottom half of each cannoli shell with lemon curd using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Swirl whipped cream on top of the lemon curd in each cannoli shell.
