- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 6-cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, add egg whites at room temperature and beat on medium speed until frothy, about 2 minutes. Gradually add honey and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the fluffy batter into the prepared bundt pan, layering to avoid air pockets.
- Place the bundt pan in a 9x13 baking pan and pour water into the larger pan until about half an inch deep.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes without opening the oven door. Turn off the oven and let the cake set for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove the bundt pan from the oven and cool in the water bath for about 10 minutes.
