Ingredients
Method
- Prepare the Marinade – In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken – Place the chicken breasts in a dish or resealable bag and coat with the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
Cook the Chicken – Choose one of the following methods:
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Pan-Sear: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Oven-Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest & Serve – Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra tenderness, marinate the chicken for up to 24 hours.
- If using chicken thighs, adjust the cooking time as they take longer to cook than breasts.
- Pair with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
